Nursery Apprentice
About the role:
As a nursery apprentice, you will be shown and supported to undertake the responsibility for planning and delivering a programme of activities, being a keyworker and tracking children’s development, attending staff meetings and maintaining good communication with the team, and more. You will also be required to study for a level 2 or 3 award in childcare alongside working.
Experience and skills required:
Childcare experience is beneficial; however, we are looking for somebody who has good written and verbal communication skills, works well as a team, is willing to learn new things and is willing to get stuck in from day one.

Level 2/3 Childcare Practitioner
About us:
We operate three settings in South Ruislip, all within a five‑minute walk of one another. St Mary’s is our all‑ages site and also provides full wrap‑around care, including breakfast club, after‑school club and holiday club. Our Preschool supports older children as they prepare for school, while our Nursery offers high‑quality early years provision for younger children.
About the role:
As a qualified practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a programme of activities, being a keyworker, attending staff meetings and more. The role is full time, working 40 hours per week on shifts between the hours of 7am and 7pm. We are looking for somebody who works well as part of a team.
Experience required:
– Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare
– First aid qualification (desirable)
– Food hygiene qualification (desirable)
